I had the unique opportunity to help co-founders Michael and Andrew create Prelude from the ground up. Prelude is a tool designed to revolutionize inventory management for the cannabis industry. The project's core objectives included simplifying the ordering process, providing real-time stock insights, and delivering a user-friendly interface for dispensary owners and staff. Throughout this journey, we collaborated from concept to realization, conducting extensive research, designing the user experience, and overseeing meticulous development. By successfully addressing usability and data analytics challenges, we ensured that Prelude met industry standards.
